Franchise applications

GREEN PARTNERS CONSULTING LLC, 2915 Ogletown Road, Newark, DE 19713, United States, is responsible for the application information collected on this site.

We collect your contact details, proposed location, available personal funds, professional background and project information to assess your enquiry and contact you. Required fields are identified in the form. We do not ask for bank details or identity documents.

Applications are stored in the international site's protected database and are accessible to authorised staff and service providers needed to operate the service. They are not published. We use your information to take steps at your request before a potential agreement and to manage your enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

We keep applications while assessing and discussing the project, then review their continued retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection or restriction request where applicable. You may also contact your relevant data protection authority.

Hosting and email service providers may process information outside your country. For questions about the service providers or the handling of your application, use the Green Is Better contact form.

Security

We use technical checks to limit automated submissions. A short-lived security token and a pseudonymous network identifier may be processed for that purpose. This does not add advertising tracking.
